Presentation Day Saturday September 10th
Juniors: Presentation Day starts at 10am. Presentations should be done by 12, and then the day goes on with games for the kids. Most kids where their jersey.
Seniors: 7pm at Avalon RSL Club. $30pp – 2 course meal. Dress is smart casual. Players, partners, friends and supporters are all welcome. RSVP to your manager by Tuesday Sep 6th, 5pm.

YEAR END REPORTS : Please return your end of year reports giving each of your players a rap by 8pm Wednesday Sept 7th so that they can be printed for distribution at presentation day. Return to this email address or jennbulldogs@optusnet.com.au
SENIORS PRESENTATION DINNER: Managers are responsible for collecting RSVPs for each team including parents, friends and supporters. Total RSVP numbers are to be given to Glen or email Jenn by 5pm Tuesday 6th.
50th Anniversary: Each Team is asked to book at least 1 table of 10 for the dinner. That’s only 5 couples! This is a once in 50 year event!
RETURN: Please return all Photo cards, first aid kits, training bags and any outstanding yellow sign on forms. This will help avoid headaches next year!!! Return at presentation day or drop to Lisa’s new address: 42 The Serpentine.

Raffle Tickets & Pass the Ball Competition:
The Avalon Bulldogs has the opportunity to run a pass the ball competition on Saturday
October 8th at The Newport Arms. This will be our final opportunity to sell tickets.
As this is Quarter finals of the World Cup it is likely to be a big one. 2 games
on that night at 4 and 6:30.. Lets hope its the Aussies! We need at 10-

We would be delighted to have you attend this momentous event. The club is holding its 50th Anniversary dinner at Newport Arms hotel on Saturday 17th. September, 2011. 7pm for 7:30 Start – Cocktail Dress. Past players and supporter will be attending making for a wonderful night or memories and reunions. Brian Friend has been gathering photos and memorabilia from the last 50 years to display on the evening. I am sure there will be many stories and laughs on the night as we all rejoice in the grand history of the Avalon Bulldogs!
